Credit Card Security
We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the
worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal.
If you choose to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information will not be given to MicroNet llc.
In order to service your computers we will need to collect some information about you and your computer. This information is kept confidential and is for internal use only.
In the event that we have reason to put a copy of one of your files on one of our servers, such as during the process of a data transfer or disk image, we will leave a copy of it there for six (6) months. This is to allow you ample time to determine if all of your files were transferred or recovered satisfactorily. At no point will we open or otherwise examine any of your files without your express permission beyond viewing a preview, thumbnail, or file properties.
In the event that a hard drive or other storage media is forfeit to or otherwise given over to MicroNet llc. by one of our clients, the media will be set to an unformatted, empty state for storage in a timely manner. If the media device cannot be set to an empty or unformatted state, MicroNet Llc. will responsibly destroy the media device in accordance with state, local, and federal laws.
